Freeform Digital Sculptor

We're looking to develop the sculpting and manufacturing team with a highly skilled and creative Digital Production Sculptor to work in our head office located just outside of Southend in Essex

You'll be involved in the development stage of miniature design with your main focus on delivering designs for plastic tooling. This will be achieved by engineering existing sculpts for plastic tooling. The candidate will need to demonstrate their experience and skills with Geomagic Freeform.

Hours Per Week: Full-time hours

Junior Machinist & CAM-CNC Programer

We're looking to expand our Manufacturing department with a highly skilled Junior Machinist & CAM-CNC Programmer to work in our head office located just outside of Southend in Essex.

The successful candidate will have a background in manufacturing or engineering with success in implementing projects, and be eager to develop their skill set further in CNC Programming.

Hours Per Week: Full-time hours

Salary: Up to £23,000

CAD Sculptor/Digital 3D Modeler

This role focuses on the delivery of top quality 3D CAD Files from 2D concept art or 3D digital sculpts. These files are then handed over to the manufacturing team to be laid out into a fully finished CAD injection mould assembly. Precision, attention to detail and teamwork are essential to this role. This role provides the opportunity to engage with a broad range of creative technical tasks in a CAD environment.

Hours Per Week: Full-time hours

Salary: Up to £23,000

CAD Technician

This role focuses on the delivery of top quality mould assemblies from component CAD data into a fully finished CAD injection mould assembly. Precision, attention to detail and teamwork are essential to this role.

This role provides the opportunity to engage with a broad range of creative technical troubleshooting in a CAD environment. Other responsibilities may include modelling parts from concept or 2D artwork, setting up 3D prints, and creating ancillary documentation to the finished product.
