Community and Customer Support Assistant

Wayland Games Limited are looking to expand their Community Support team with a dynamic and focused specialist to work in our head office located just outside of Southend in Essex.

 

To succeed in this position you will need to be a good listener, have strong communication skills and good commercial awareness. Responsibilities will include customer support and engagement (on multiple platforms including social media), being a customer advocate, and working with digital marketing to engage with our customers.

 

This role within Wayland Games is about understanding the customer and their needs and working hard to help ensure they have a positive experience with us every step of the way.

 

Hours Per Week: Full-time hours

Salary: £15,000 - £17,000




Graphic Design Assistant

Warcradle Studios are looking to recruit a Graphic Design Assistant to work in our head office located just outside of Southend in Essex.

 

This is a great opportunity for an individual with a passion for art and illustration to join a growing company with an international brand. You will be a key member of the production team and will work in a positive, hardworking environment.

 

To succeed in this position, you will need to be creatively proactive with strong artistic and design skills and a keen visual sense.

Web Developer

Wayland Games Limited are looking to expand their Web Design team with a dynamic and focused Web Developer to work in our head office located just outside of Southend in Essex.

 

Responsibilities will include designing, building, and maintaining the company’s expanding range of websites and website applications.

 

Hours Per Week: 40 hours

Salary: £23,000 - £25,000
